Ella's Cacao Cup by Dr Gillian McKeith
SERVES 2
INGREDIENTS:
- Three (3) Bananas
- I peeled Mango
- 1 peeled soft Avocado
- Three-fourths (3/4) of a glass of Rice Milk and/or Soya Milk (more or less depending on your consistency preference)
- 4 Teaspoons of Raw CACAO Bean Powder (NOT Cocoa)
- 1 Teaspoon Raw CACAO Bean Nibs
- 1 Teaspoon of ground Cinnamon
OPTIONAL:
- 1 teaspoon of Slippery Elm Powder to aid digestion
- 2 teaspoons of Wheat Grass Powder for extra nutrients
- 1 capsule of Zinc – just open up the capsule and pour in the contents.
METHOD:
BLEND all together until smooth and creamy.

- Beta carotene: 2831mcg
- Niacin (B3): 4.3mg
